Description

A commentary to the Jindan sibai zi 金丹四百字. The commentary to each poem is divided into "Neidan zhu" 內丹注 (Commentary based on the Internal Elixir) and "Waidan zhu" 外丹注 (Commentary based on the External Elixir). Note that "External Elixir" here does not mean External Alchemy, but is a lower level of Internal Alchemy.
