Daozang tiyao (Ren Jiyu and Zhong Zhaopeng, 1st ed.)

馬鈺(1123-1183年)字玄寶,號丹陽子,元賜號“丹陽抱一無為真人”。此集乃其弟子王頤中收集其語錄六十餘則編成。宣揚全真教旨,倡性命合修之內丹。其說以清淨無為為宗,謂道家千經萬論,“可一言以蔽之曰:清淨”。“清為清其心源,淨為淨其炁海”(頁八)。清淨即是修道,謂學道者“十二時中常清常淨,不起纖毫塵念,則方是修行”。“但自澄心遣欲,萬緣不染,神炁沖和,便是道也”(頁十五)。故曰:“夫道但清淨無為,逍遙自在,不染不着”(頁四)。謂道無作為,言龍虎、嬰姹,皆寄託耳,其要妙不過養氣。故曰:“學道者無他,務在養氣而已。夫心液下降,腎氣上昇,至于脾,元炁氤氳不散,則丹聚矣”(頁四)。總之,修真之要,在於神炁,所謂性命、龍虎、鉛汞、水火、嬰姹、真陰真陽,“止是神炁二字而已。欲要養炁全神,須當屛盡萬緣,表裏清淨,久久精專,神凝炁沖,三年不漏下丹結,六年不漏中丹結,九年不漏上丹結,是名三丹圓備,九轉功成”(頁十五,十六)。則神與道合,歷劫不壞,功及九祖。


又云學道須斷酒肉,除色慾,雲遊乞食,安貧忍辱,慈善謙下,“行住坐臥,不得少頃心不在道”(頁十)。又謂眾生輪廻皆因愛慾,引釋氏“欲淨其土,當淨其心”,以明清淨可息輪廻。輕讀經而重修習,謂經書不如一切不讀,唯在養炁修性,使行、住、坐、臥不可須臾離道,此最為上策。又謂全真家風乃“鍾呂自親傳”(頁五)。是編多記馬鈺行道誨徒瑣事,間附王重陽、丘長春之言行。

Zhengtong Daozang tiyao (Hsiao Teng-fu)

此書是馬丹陽的弟子王頤中輯錄平時師徒對話,及其師所說語而成,屬於語錄性質的書。文中將老子的清淨無為·拿來和內丹鉛汞說相結合在一起,以為修道在清心淨炁·養炁而全神。


馬紝,初名從義,字宜甫,後改名紝,字玄寶,號丹陽子,寧海巨富,為王重陽之弟子,全真道的發展和他關係密切,事蹟見《歷世真仙體道通鑑續編·卷一·馬1玉傅》。


書名下題「靈隱子王頤中集」。王頤中為馬丹陽的弟子。所載馬丹陽所說的內容,包括為人處事、修道鍊丹等法,將《老子》的清靜無為、柔弱^謙卑,和內丹修鍊相結合在一起,主張三教合一,書中頗多警策之語,如說:「道以柔弱謙下為本,況三教同門異戶耳。」又說:「夫道,但清淨無為,逍遙自在,不染不著。」修道之法,在於「薄滋味,所以養氣;去慎怒,所以養性;處污辱低下,所以養德守一;清淨恬澹,所以養道。名不著於簿籍,心不繫於勢利,此所以脫人之殼,與天為徒也。」以為內丹的龍虎、嬰姹等說,都是寄言,其道僅是養炁而已,所謂:「學道者無他,務在養氣而已。夫心液下降,腎氣上昇,至于脾,元炁氤氳不散,則丹聚矣。」養炁之法在於心定體虛,「心定則情忘,體虛則炁運,心死則神活,陽盛則陰消。」又說:「夫道以無心為體,忘言為用,以柔弱為本,以清淨為基。若施於人,必節歆食,絕思慮,靜坐以調息,安寢以養炁。心不馳則性定,形不勞則精全,神不擾則丹結。然後滅情於虛,寧神於極。可謂不出戶庭,而妙道得矣。」其說深受老子思想的影響,並以為:清淨,是清其心源,淨其炁海。無為,是不思不慮。道無形名,是神、炁之祖。龍虎、性命、鉛汞、坎離、水火、嬰兒姹女、真陰真陽等,都是神、炁之異名。想要養炁全神,必須屛盡萬緣,澄心遣欲,使萬緣不染,表裏清淨,久久精專,神凝炁沖,三年不漏,即結下丹;六年不漏,結中丹;九年不漏,結上丹。是為「三丹圓備,九轉功成」。


馬丹陽的內丹修鍊法門,結合著老子的清淨無為、澄心遣欲以為說,並以養炁全神為內丹之基石。
