第三書《鍾呂傳道集》三卷，唐鍾離權述、呂巖集、施肩吾傳。乃鍾離權傳授呂洞賓丹法之問答記錄。是書廣斥種種“旁門小法”，獨以內丹為正道，分論真仙、大道、天地、四時、五行、水火、龍虎、丹藥、鉛汞、抽添、河車、還丹、煉形、朝元、內觀、魔難、證驗。謂仙有鬼、人、地、神、天五等，丹法分小中大三成。三成法循序漸進，小成可安樂延年，以成人仙；中成可長生住世，以成地仙；大成可脫質昇仙，以成神仙、天仙。其法畧以天地之道為宗，謂人身與天地一同，故效天地陰陽昇降之理、五行生克之則、日月交合之度，取腎水中所藏先天元陽真炁以為丹本，以真陰真陽交媾和合，以陽煉陰，三田返復，使精合於氣，氣合於神，神合於道，則金丹成就，陽神超脫。其修煉分匹配陰陽、聚散水火、交媾龍虎、燒煉丹藥、肘後飛金精、玉液還丹、玉液煉形、金液還丹、金液煉形，朝元煉氣、內觀交換、超脫分形十二科。是書乃唐宋間最為系統之內丹撰述，鍾呂金丹派教義之宗源。
