Daozang tiyao (Ren Jiyu and Zhong Zhaopeng, 1st ed.)

簡稱《規中指南》,原分上下卷,元虛白子陳沖素撰。述內丹。上卷依行功節次,分“止念”、“採藥”、“識爐”、“入藥起火”、“坎離交垢”、“乾坤交垢”、“攢簇火候”、“陽神脫胎”、“忘神合虛”九節,每節各有圖、說、歌。下卷論內丹三要,即玄牝、藥物、火候。多引用張紫陽等南宋諸祖之說,亦引全真馬丹陽語。論玄關一竅、藥物、火候,頗見精要。謂玄關一竅不過使氣歸神、收拾念頭之一法;根本之本乃元精,與元炁為一,以元神居之,則三者聚為一。強調以真性為主宰,曰:“夫所謂藥物火候者,亦皆譬喻耳。蓋大道之要,凡屬心知意為者皆非也。但要知人身中一箇主宰造化底,且道如今何者為我,若能知此,以靜為本,以定為基,一斡旋,傾刻天機自動,不規中而自規中,不胎息而自胎息,藥不求而自生,火不求而自出。”(卷下,頁十三)是以性為主,而有取於全真教法。

Zhengtong Daozang tiyao (Hsiao Teng-fu)

此書為元代陳沖素撰,卷上論述內丹之修鍊過程·由止念、採藥,至出陽神·忘神合道。卷下論述修丹重要的三個要素·即明玄關一竅、鉛汞藥物及火候三者:其要在於以心神烹鍊精炁,至百日立基·其後意到玄朋自開,不須刻意強求,而長生可期。

書分上下卷,卷上章次為:〈止念第一〉、〈採藥第二〉、〈識爐鼎第三〉、〈入藥起火第四〉、〈坎離交姖第五〉、〈乾坤六姖第六〉、〈攢簇火候第七〉、〈陽神脫胎第八〉、〈忘神合虛第九〉。卷下章次為:〈內丹三要〉、〈玄牝圖〉、〈藥物圖〉、〈火候圖〉、〈玄牝〉、〈藥物〉、〈火候〉、〈後序〉。

卷上所述內丹修鍊法門,由止念做起,其法為:「念起即覺,覺之即无,修行妙門,惟在此已。」採藥乃採身中之藥,指神、炁、精三者,採之之法為收拾身心,歛藏神、炁。然後安爐立鼎,烹鍊神丹。再引坎鉛離汞入鼎,使坎離交媾,離火下而坎水上,取坎填離,成乾坤之形。然後依十二時辰進火退符,沐浴溫養。其次為陽神脫胎成身外身,最後則是忘神合虛,虛空粉碎,契道合真。

卷下主要論述修丹之三要,依次為玄牝、藥物、火候。三者各有圖,並各有專章論述。修丹主要在明玄牝所在,「夫身中一竅,名曰玄牝,受炁以生,實為神府,三元所聚,更無分別,精神魂魄,會於此穴,乃金丹返還之根,神仙凝結聖胎之地也。」此玄牝之門,亦稱玄關一竅,並非兩腎間一穴,亦非臍下一寸三分,亦非泥丸、關元、氣海,非有非無,不泥於形象,「本無正形,意到即開,開合有時,百日立基,養成炁母,虛室生白,自然見之。」修丹第二要為藥物,此指人身上之精炁與元神,「夫神與炁精,三品上藥,煉精化炁,煉炁成神,煉神合道,此七返九還之要訣也4」藥物之異名甚多,如紅鉛黑汞、木液金精、朱砂水銀、離女坎男、蒼龜赤蛇等,須依時而採鍊。修丹第三要為火候,火屬南方離卦,屬心,心即神,神即火,炁即藥,以心之神火烹鍊精炁之藥,以火鍊藥而成丹,以神馭炁而成道。其法在於「以神馭炁,以炁定息,橐籥之開閨,陰陽之升降,呼吸出入,任其自然。專炁致柔,含光默默,行住坐臥,綿綿若存。」換句話說,以心中之意念強弱為武火、文火,且此意乃正心誠意,非是念頭起伏,心知意為之意,文中稱之為心神;用心神以烹鍊精炁,使神抱於炁,炁抱於神;鍊之百日,謂之立基,其後玄關自開,煉至十月,謂之胎仙。

書末〈後序〉簡述玄關一竅在使神識炁,使炁歸神;藥物、火候皆是譬喻,在於以靜為本,以定為基,自然而生妙用。序末題「武夷昇真玄化洞天真放道人,虛白子陳沖素序。」陳冲素,生平不詳,以書中引白玉蟾說看來,應是元代人。又,陳沖素居武夷山,所以修丹受南宗張伯端、白玉蟾等人影響者多,書中常引二人之說。
