Daozang tiyao (Ren Jiyu and Zhong Zhaopeng)
宋薛式(道光)撰,乃《還丹復命篇》與《丹髓歌》之合集。此二篇及薛之《悟真篇註》,戴起宗、王陽明等皆以為後人僞託。
篇首有靖康丙午(1126年)薛道光《還丹復命篇序》,畧述金丹要旨及自己學道之槪畧。自謂宣和庚子得至人金丹口訣曰:“大道之祖不出一氣而成變,喻之為日月,名之為龍虎,因之為陰陽,託之為天地,一陰一濁,金木間隔於戊己之門,一情一性,陰陽會聚於生殺之戶,採二儀未判之氣、奪龍虎始媾之精,入於黃房,產成至寶。別有法象樞機,還返妙用,長生秘訣畢於此矣。”謂依師口訣成五絕十六首、七絕三十首,續添《西江月》九首。《丹髓歌》則由三十四首短歌組成。《修真十書》收錄之。
兩種丹訣,皆論內丹之理及採藥、抽添、火候之要,宗張伯端《悟真篇》,然語託龍虎鉛汞,意多隱晦,尤喜以夫婦交合為喻,故後世有人以薛式為男女雙修,然細玩其詞,實主清修。如《西江月》有云:“竹破須還竹補,人衰須假鉛全,思量只是眼睛前,自是時人不見”。“長生妙藥在家園,一餉工夫便現”(頁七其說大畧以一氣含靈為丹本,真鉛汞為藥物,陰陽配合、龍虎交媾為鍛鍊,凝神入氣穴為下手工夫。丹訣之中,亦偶露禪家口吻,如有云:“烟花柳陌頭頭是,穢濁馨香任所需”(頁五)。就丹法而言,《丹髓歌》所述較前篇為分明。
Zhengtong Daozang tiyao (Hsiao Teng-fu)
此書是南宗三祖薛道光所撰,以五言詩、七言詩及〈西江月〉詞來論述內丹修煉法門,由認識鉛汞,進而採藥修煉,依火候運行而結丹,屬南宗內丹系統的修煉法門。
書名下題「紫賢真人薛道光撰」,書前有靖康丙午(1126)秋序,據序說:「依師口訣,輒成五言一十六首,以表二八一斤之數;七言絕句三十首,以應三十日之大功;續添《西江月》九首,以應九轉之法。」但今書所見,則有五言絕句十六首、七言絕句三十首(又詩一首,計三十一首)、西江月九首。其後又有七言絕句〈詩一首〉、〈丹髓歌〉七言絕句三十四首。
此書所言,在分辨真鉛真汞等藥物,敘述採取之法,依五行生剋相殺,論主客先後,刑德圖訣,辨析抽添運用,火候斤兩等。據序所說,薛道光在宋徽宗宣和庚子歲(1120)「得至人口訣曰:大道之祖,不出一氣而成變,.喻之為日月,名之為龍虎,因之為陰陽,托之為天地。一清一濁,金木間隔於戊己之門;一情一性,陰陽會聚於生殺之戶。採二儀未判之氣,奪龍虎始媾之精,入於黃房,產成至寶。別有法象樞機,還返妙用,長生祕訣,畢於此矣!」說明煉丹在採天地未判的真一元氣,煉化陰陽已分的坎離鉛汞,使返還大道。如五言絕句云:「神水丹田下,華池水火間,一元能造化,返老作童顏。」文中的神水華池,據張伯端《玉清金笥青華祕文金寶內鍊丹訣·卷上·神水華池說》云:「華池者,臍中氣穴之下,兩腎中間一竅,絕肖黃庭,穀氣就此而生精,醫家所謂精穴者是也。」華池之竅,乃生精而降於外腎者也。在子時一陽生之時,「就精穴用精,自然隨氣而升,至午宮,遇眾陽融之,則精始可用,然後降至於心,就心取汞,依然下自黃庭,即落乎其中,卻用一意封固,即綿綿若存,以養之。二者就其中自相吞啗,而丹始成。」薛道光所說即是稟自其師石泰,而石泰則稟之張伯端。又,諸煉丹家常說冬至一陽生,或子時一陽生,〈丹髓歌〉則說:「鍊丹不用尋冬至,身中自有一陽生,龍飛赤水波濤湧,虎嘯丹山風露清。」強調修煉重在自身體內的一陽生,而不是等待天時的冬至一陽生。
